智通财经APP讯，碧桂园服务(06098)公布，公司已于2024年11月18日采纳股份奖励计划，董事会可挑选雇员参与者竞逐股份奖励。董事会亦可挑选服务提供者参与计划。采纳股份奖励计划旨在：激励对公司日后运营及发展发挥重要作用的核心人才;奖励对公司有所贡献的入选参与者。
于本计划奖励期间，该公司将向受托人提供合共不超过人民币10亿元或等值港元以购买股份。根据股份奖励计划可授出的最高股份数目不得超过1.09亿股，即公司于采纳日期已发行股本的约3.26%。根据股份奖励计划可授予一名入选参与者的最高奖励股份数目不得超过3343万股股份(约占公司于采纳日期已发行股本的1%)。
