消息面上，俄罗斯政府11月15日宣布实施向美国出口浓缩铀的临时限制措施，以回应美国禁止进口俄罗斯铀产品。据悉，美国总统拜登今年5月签署法案，禁止进口俄罗斯铀产品，以降低美国民用核能领域对俄罗斯的依赖。此外，中广核矿业近期公布，第三季度公司旗下参股公司共生产692.6吨铀，计划完成率97.2%。
华源证券近期指出称，AI缺电引发云厂商竞相布局核电资产，新一轮核电复兴带动下天然铀成为AI时代的关键资源品。目前，全球核电开启高景气周期，级别有望对标七八十年代的后石油危机，天然铀需求平稳上行。天然铀供给集中度较高，一次供给增量有限，二次供给逐步衰减，中长期供需缺口或将放大，推动天然铀价格中枢上行。
