消息面上，碧桂园服务公布，将视乎市场情况于公开市场购回不多于3.34亿股，占公司总股本10%。购回的股份作为库存股份将用于采纳之股份计划或注销。公告称，购回股份反映集团对其业务的长远前景充满信心，改善股东的回报，符合公司及股东的整体利益。董事会亦相信，集团财务状况稳健，能在进行购回股份的同时维持足够财务资源以满足集团业务持续增长。
