11月20日，据“轰Party”报道，海尔将正式收购汽车之家，后续会对其裁员30%。对此，内部人士透露，或为二手车业务这块。
财报数据显示，海尔2024年前三季度海尔智家实现营收2030亿元，同比增长2.2%；归母净利润为151.5亿元，同比增长15.3%。
财报数据显示，汽车之家第三季度总营收17.7亿元人民币，在线营销及其他业务收入同比增长3.1%；三季度来自于新能源品牌的收入持续增长，营收同比增幅54%；公司经调整净利润为4.97亿元人民币。
二手车业务板块，汽车之家整合与平安集团的资源，加强与天天拍车的业务协同。通过汽车之家“卫星店”、二手车团队以及平安的线下团队，天天拍车来自4S店的拍卖车源增加，来自全国的商户买家数量也持续提升，这激发了平台上异地购车需求，从而有效提高了异地交易量和成交价，提升二手车跨区域流通效率。
