智通财经APP获悉，西部水泥(02233)午后涨近7%，截至发稿，涨5.3%，报1.39港元，成交额5676.5万港元。
消息面上，据媒体报道，埃塞俄比亚贸易和区域一体化部长此前召开会议，宣布此前执行的水泥限价政策于24年11月8日停止，允许水泥厂自主决策分销零售商，水泥价格推涨预期加强。据悉，西部水泥在非洲布局主要是在埃塞俄比亚、莫桑比克、刚果（金）；同时西部水泥在乌兹别克斯坦也有产线布局。
长江证券此前指出，上半年水泥行业全行业经营承压，就西部水泥而言，国内承压，海外有增量，整体业绩小幅下降。该行指出，公司产能布局逐步完善，海外是核心增量。
