** Stocks track Wall Street peers' overnight gains as investors anticipate jump in Nvidia NVDA.O's earnings, and Tesla TSLA.O gained on prospect of favourable policy changes from the incoming Trump administration .N

** Enterprise software provider TechnologyOne TNE.AX adds as much as 10.5% to hit all-time high

** ASX-listed shares of Block Inc SQ2.AX rises as much as 7.1%, hitting their highest since May 6, 2022

** TNE & SQ2 among top gainers on benchmark ASX 200 index .AXJO, which is up as much as 0.8%

** Sub-index up 55% so far this year, as of last close
