　　中国天化工（00362）发布公告，于2024年11月18日，公司与苏州楚一合企业管理有限公司（苏州楚一）孵化的3家公司：湖北省伊动伊媄管理有限责任公司（伊动伊媄）、湖北省道合实业发展有限公司（道合实业）及法芙朵餐饮管理（北京）有限公司（法芙朵）订立策略投资框架协议。

　　根据框架协议，伊动伊媄、道合实业及法芙朵同意与公司合作并承诺于公司作出策略投资，以支持公司按照香港资本市场规例及若干条件下发展业务。根据不同合作阶段，预期伊动伊媄、道合实业及法芙朵将按照当时市况及资金使用情况，对公司作出不少于二千万美元的策略投资，包括但不限于认购及发行票据、债券、可转换债券及╱或股份配售等债务及股权投资。
