中国生物制药1.42亿元入股礼新医药，合作推进肿瘤药物开发
财中社11月20日电中国生物制药（01177）发布与礼新医药科技（上海）有限公司签署股权投资及战略合作协议的公告。本集团将以自筹资金入股礼新医药，支付1.42亿元人民币，获得其4.91%的股权。此次投资是礼新医药于2024年10月18日完成3亿元人民币C1轮融资的一部分，融资资金将用于推进临床管线药物开发和创新平台建设。
在战略合作方面，本集团与礼新医药就LM-108在中国大陆地区达成合作协议，LM-108是针对CCR8的单克隆抗体，目前处于II期临床阶段，已在乳腺癌、肺癌等多种实体瘤中展现良好安全性和疗效。本集团希望通过此次合作进一步丰富在肿瘤领域的管线布局，加速产品上市，为更多肿瘤患者提供治疗选择。
