消息面上，精优药业发布公告，集团预期截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得盈利约1亿港元与1.05亿港元之间，而对比截至2023年9月30日止6个月乃取得亏损。预期本期内转亏为盈主要由于非现金项目，因按公平值计入损益之金融资产的公平值变动产生之收益所致，而于2023年相应期间同一非现金项目则取得公平值变动之亏损。
