智通财经APP获悉，红星美凯龙(01528)昨日盘中一度飙升55%，当日收涨34%。该股今日回落逾15%，截至发稿，跌15%，报2.04港元，成交额1.09亿港元。
消息面上，证监会近日发布市值管理指引。中信建投指出，市值管理指引的发布和实施将对建筑装饰行业长期破净的上市公司产生积极作用。市值管理指引的出台将引导公司通过增持回购、资本运作、分红等方式提升自身价值，估值向1XPB回归。数据显示，美凯龙A股的市净率仅为0.33。
此外，11月8日晚间，红星美凯龙发布公告，拟将旗下的北京至尊MALL物业资产及位于山东省烟台的红星美凯龙建材生活商场共同作为底层资产，通过向合格投资者募集资金并设立资产支持计划，发行规模不超过27.5亿元，期限不超过18年。公开数据显示，两个底层资产去年以来均亏损。
