智通财经APP获悉，中铝国际(02068)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.41%，报2.13港元，成交额1189.14万港元。
消息面上，中铝国际发布公告，其全资子公司沈阳院，与中国二十二冶集团、公司全资子公司六冶及云南建投机械组成联合体，中标通辽市扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目(扎铝二期)。
近日，该联合体与内蒙古霍煤鸿骏铝电扎哈淖尔分公司签署《通辽市扎哈淖尔35万吨绿电铝项目(扎铝二期)工程总承包合同》，涉资27.99亿元人民币(下同)，其中公司全资子公司沈阳院、六冶负责实施的合同金额约为23.81亿元，约占公司2023年度经审计营业收入的10.66%。
公司认为，若该项目合同顺利实施，对公司当期及未来年度业绩产生积极影响，并有利于提升持续盈利能力。
