智通财经APP讯，未来发展控股(01259)发布公告，于2024年11月20日，公司(作为卖方)与买方德国汽车配件有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，公司同意出售而买方同意购买待售股份(Apex Magic International Limited全部已发行股本)及销售贷款，代价为2700万港元。
公告称，集团于2017年4月27日由独立第三方购买目标公司全部已发行股本。于2017年4月收购时，集团预计元朗的物业价格将于不远的将来持续上升，并对香港物业市场发展因供应短缺而感乐观，因而物色于香港的潜在物业投资及发展机遇。公司有意将于该等地块上建立的该等物业拆卸并重新发展该等地块。然而，经计及集团已持有该等地块逾7年;及该等地块的价格自集团于2017年收购以来已大幅下跌，董事认为，为改善公司流动资金，现为出售该等地块的合适时机。
