智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，康卡斯特(CMCSA.US)计划分拆包括MSNBC、CNBC和USA在内的有线电视频道，以减少对正在流失观众和广告客户的业务的敞口。
知情人士表示，康卡斯特的NBC广播网络和Peacock流媒体电视业务将留在母公司。有线电视频道Bravo也将如此，该频道的真人秀节目在流媒体上很受欢迎。
据周二早些时候的报道称，分拆后的电视网年收入约为70亿美元。NBC环球媒体集团现任主席、负责电视和流媒体业务的Mark Lazarus将担任新公司的首席执行官。
正如早些时候的报道，康卡斯特计划进行其他管理层变动，这将扩大两名高级领导人的职责范围。NBC的首席内容官Donna Langley将成为NBC环球娱乐与工作室的董事长，而负责该公司直接面向消费者的流媒体业务的Matt Strauss将接替Lazarus的旧职位。
