消息面上，国家医保局办公室、财政部办公厅近日印发《关于做好医保基金预付工作的通知》，要求在国家层面统一和完善基本医疗保险基金预付制度，规范流程，强化管理，有效提高资金使用效率。
中泰国际指出，医保预付金制度的建立有助缓解民营医院的资金压力。海吉亚医疗管理层表示，三季度旗下西安、苏州等医保基金富裕地区的医院经营情况良好，但是菏泽等三四线城市的医院由于医保控费较严，因此经营仍受影响，我们认为这种情况年内难以改变。该行指出，目前政府已开始着手解决问题，预计医保控费带来的资金瓶颈将逐步舒缓，公司旗下的医院也有望逐渐度过困难期。
