年内第8家！涨了四倍的 SPROCOMM(1401.HK)股权高度集中！
11月19日，香港证监会发布公告表示，SPROCOMM INTEL(1401.HK)已经股权高度集中。
证监会警示，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，该公司之股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
公开资料显示，Sprocomm Intelligence Limited是一家主要从事按原设计制造商基准研发、设计、制造及销售手机、印刷电路板组装及物联网相关产品的投资控股公司。该公司的主要产品包括智能手机、功能型手机、印刷电路板组装及物联网相关产品。该公司于国内市场及国外市场如印度、泰国、亚洲及其他国家和地区开展业务。
值得注意的是，今年以来证监会已经提示了8家公司股权高度集中的风险，包括长久股份、乐舱物流、米高集团、国富创新、升能集团、百德国际、GHW、SPROCOMM INTEL。
据香港证监会行政总裁梁凤仪女士表示，证监会设有团队“全天候”监察市场，未来将加强关注上市公司高度集中问题，尤其是对股价快速上升或下跌的公司。
据LiveReport大数据，SPROCOMM INTEL (1401.HK) 2024年至今的股价涨幅高达396%，最新市值为124.6亿港元。
有趣的是，根据前不久MSCI公布的调整名单中，SPROCOMM INTEL本来将于11月26日正式纳入MSCI全球小盘股指数（中国地区）。
