【据悉中国移动探索收购香港宽频，估值超过65亿港元】金十数据11月19日讯，据知情人士透露，全球用户数最多的无线运营商中国移动一直在与香港宽频的大股东私募股权公司MBK Partners和TPG Inc.就收购事宜举行会谈。据悉中国移动暗示愿意每股出价至少5港元，这将使该公司估值超过65亿港元（8.35亿美元） 。中国移动已经对潜在收购进行了尽职调查，目前正在与MBK和TPG就价格进行谈判。他们可能坚持要求更高的估值，现在还不能确定双方是否能达成一致。香港宽频股价今年迄今上涨24%，市值达到约57亿港元。
