新浪科技讯 11月18日下午消息，天眼查天眼风险信息显示，近日，史玉柱、莫立军、曲敬慧新增一条被执行人信息，执行标的3.5亿余元，执行法院为北京金融法院。此外，巨人投资有限公司、上海巨人投资管理有限公司也新增2条被执行人信息，执行标的合计8.7亿余元，执行法院为北京金融法院。资料显示，巨人投资有限公司成立于2001年4月，法定代表人为史玉柱，注册资本约1.17亿人民币，由史玉柱、牛金华共同持股。

　　对于“史玉柱等被强执3.5亿元”的相关消息，巨人集团回应称，“这是老史帮朋友担保引起的，相关方在做积极沟通，会妥善处理。感谢关注。”
