上市银行被举牌，释放了什么信号？
近日，民生银行公告称，新希望化工等拟举牌该行，举牌被核准落定后，新希望系将成为民生银行的第四大股东。记者留意到，这是今年内第二起银行被举牌事件，今年年初，长城人寿在二级市场以集中竞价交易方式增持无锡银行股份，截至公告披露日，长城人寿持有无锡银行股份占总股本的5%。
“银行股被举牌的现象确实比较罕见，但今年已有两起案例。”明泽投资基金经理胡墨晗分析，政策利好是推动银行股被举牌的重要因素之一。证监会发布的市值管理指引要求长期破净的上市公司制定价值提升计划，并在年度业绩说明会中进行专项说明，这对破净股形成利好，尤其是银行板块。此外，政策的逆周期调节力度加大，大规模化债将大幅缓解城投风险，资产质量风险的改善将支撑银行中长期估值修复。
胡墨晗指出，当前银行股的市净率（PB）水平仍然偏低，具备一定的估值提升空间。同时，增持行为增强了市场对银行股的信心，有助于稳定股价。尽管净利差承压，银行整体盈利能力依然保持增长，政策的支持和经济复苏的预期也为其未来的信贷需求和利息收入提供了动力。因此，银行板块依然具备较好的配置价值，随着国内宏观经济的逐步复苏，政策的逆周期调节措施也在不断落地，这将进一步改善银行的盈利能力和资产质量。
