CVS Health (CVS) said Monday it has appointed four board members following "productive discussions" with Glenview Capital Management.
The company said it added Leslie Norwalk, Larry Robbins, Guy Sansone and Doug Shulman to the board, bringing its total members to 16.
Norwalk is a strategic counsel to various health care companies; Robbins is the founder and chief executive of Glenview Capital Management; Sansone is the chairman and CEO of H2 Health, and Shulman is the chairman of OneMain Holdings.
In connection with the appointments, the company said it has entered into a confidentiality agreement with Glenview, wherein the latter agreed to customary confidentiality, standstill and other provisions.
