中国电力增聘两名非执行董事
财中社11月18日电中国电力（02380）发布公告，宣布胡建东和陈鹏君自2024年11月18日起被委任为公司非执行董事。此次董事会决定增加董事人数，以吸纳更多专家，以应对电力行业的广泛变化及未来挑战。公司在过去20年中经历了快速增长和重大扩展，业务从传统燃煤发电商转型为专注于清洁能源供应和综合能源服务的公司。
胡建东现任国家电力投资集团有限公司专职董事，曾担任本公司执行董事及执行副总裁，具有丰富的电力行业经验。陈鹏君则是中国铝业股份有限公司非执行董事，具备股权管理和资本市场方面的丰富经验。两位新董事的加入预计将增强董事局的技能多样性，为公司在持续绿色发展和企业融资方面提供宝贵见解。董事局将由九名董事组成，独立非执行董事人数维持在董事局成员总数的三分之一。
