SBC Medical Group Holdings has agreed to acquire Aesthetic Healthcare Holdings for an undisclosed sum of money.

The provider of management services and products for cosmetic treatment centers said Monday that it would buy Aesthetic Healthcare, a Singapore-based owner and operator of several brands that provide aesthetic medical treatments.

SBC said the all-cash transaction was scheduled to close on Nov. 13.

This is SBC's first step in an expansion strategy primarily focused on the U.S. and Asia markets, the company said.
