康达环保(06136.HK) 宣布，于11月18日与舞钢市国有资产监督管理局旗下的舞钢市洁源订立资产转让协议，以代价5,700万元人民币，出售位于河南省舞钢市的舞钢市朱兰污水处理厂，以及污水处理厂特许经营权和污水处理厂对应设施等资产。
扣除与资产转让直接相关的开支后，资产转让的所得款项净额约为5,690万元人民币，所得款项净额将用作集团一般营运资金。康达环保表示，经考虑污水处理厂的当前营运状况及未来营运成本、设施及设备升级改造的潜在资本开支，以及舞钢市政府结欠的污水处理费账龄，认为资产转让将使集团节省大量营运开支及潜在资本开支，透过变现相关资产获得即时现金流入，并将时间和资源分配到其他更有利可图的特许经营项目中。(gc/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
