归创通桥回购5万股 支付54.8万港元
财中社11月18日电归创通桥-B（02190）发布公告，披露了截至2024年11月18日的已发行股份及库存股份变动情况。公告显示，公司于2024年11月18日回购了5万股普通股，回购价格为每股10.86-11.02港元，总计支付54.8万港元。此次回购后，公司已发行股份总数减少至3.2亿股，库存股份增加至263万股。
根据公告，回购股份占公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.0153%。回购股份的决议于2024年6月6日获得通过，回购授权的总数为3224万股。至今公司根据该授权已回购的股份数量为263万股，占回购授权时已发行股份的0.7908%。此次回购活动符合《主板上市规则》的相关规定。
