财中社11月18日电联易融科技（09959）发布公告，披露截至2024年11月18日的股份变动情况。根据公告，公司的已发行股份总数为20.17亿股，未发生变化，当日回购股份数量为59万股，回购价格在1.64港元至17港元，支付总金额为99万港元，此次回购的股份将拟注销。
截至公告日，公司已根据回购授权累计回购股份8355万股，占回购授权决议通过当日已发行股份的3.7617%。根据相关规定，回购后至2024年12月18日，公司不得进行新股发行或库存股份的出售。
