智通财经APP获悉，光伏股多数上扬，截至发稿，福莱特玻璃(06865)涨3.99%，报13.04港元；信义光能(00968)涨3.77%，报3.3港元；新特能源(01799)涨2.64%，报8.54港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨2.13%，报1.44港元。
消息面上，11月15日，财政部、税务总局下发《关于调整出口退税政策的公告》，提出自2024年12月1日起，将包含光伏（电池、组件）在内的部分产品出口退税率由13%下调至9%。中信证券认为，光伏出口退税率调降，虽然短期或对厂商盈利造成脉冲式冲击，但实质影响较小，且头部厂商有较强能力推动产品向下游顺价，实现国际市场光伏产品价格回稳，避免内卷外化，加快行业落后产能出清，实现高质量发展，利好龙头强化长期优势。
海通国际指出，选取52家光伏企业为样本，2024年Q2、Q3板块合计归母净利润分别为-28.11亿元、6.69亿元，Q3出现环比改善；根据Infolink Consulting多晶硅价格也在Q2开始止跌企稳。从企业利润和产业链价格变化趋势综合来看，行业自22Q3开始进入下行周期，24Q2、24Q3行业来到底部周期。汇丰研究发表报告指出，太阳能行业的最差时期已大致过去，当中看好协鑫及福莱特的市场领导地位。
