智通财经APP获悉，周二，普京批准新版核威慑国家基本政策，市场避险情绪爆发，黄金股走强，截至发稿，哈莫尼黄金(HMY.US)、金田(GFI.US)涨逾3%，Anglogold(AU.US)涨逾2%。俄罗斯总统普京19日签署总统令，批准更新后的《俄罗斯联邦核威慑国家基本政策》，该命令于当日生效。俄罗斯总统网站当天发布了普京签署的相关文件。文件指出，俄罗斯视核武器为一种威慑手段，使用核武器是极端情况下被迫采取的措施。俄方将做出一切必要努力降低核威胁，防止由于国际关系紧张引发包括核冲突在内的军事冲突。
在地缘政治、美联储降息以及对美国经济前景担忧等各种“不确定”的背景下，金价突破2000美元/盎司关口，不断刷新历史纪录达到年内最高2790美元，似乎要“头也不回”向3000美元奔走。
