中国电力延长信托期限至72个月 保障融资渠道多元化
财中社11月18日电中国电力（02380）发布公告，宣布与国家电投签署了应收账款转让协议的补充协议。此次补充协议的主要内容是将信托期限从36个月延长至72个月，即延长36个月。项目公司将向信托支付安排服务费约65万元（约相等于71万港元），作为在修订后的信托期限内提供信托服务的酬金。
补充协议的签订旨在允许项目公司继续参与资产支持票据交易，此交易为集团提供了多元化的融资渠道。董事认为，补充协议中安排服务费的条款公平合理，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。此外，补充协议并未涉及新的应收账款转让，所有其他主要条款及条件维持不变。
