智通财经APP获悉，绿城服务(02869)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.33%，报3.95港元，成交额1.85亿港元。
消息面上，绿城服务发布公告，于2024年11月8日，公司的间接全资附属Greentown Education Investment Co.Ltd拟向Montessori Academy Pty Ltd(作为Montessori Academy信托的受托人)出售MAG已发行股本约11.64%，代价为1620万澳元。于同日，根据股份销售契据，作为出售事项的一部分，卖方及MAG订立回购协议，据此，卖方同意出售而MAG同意收购回购股份，相当于MAG已发行股本约10.78%，回购价为1500万澳元。出售事项及回购事项彼此互为条件。
公告称，考虑到中国幼儿教育的政策及市场环境，该集团原本透过MAG的澳洲教育系统及商业模式支持中国幼儿教育相关业务大规模发展的目标可能无法于短期内实现。因此，基于集团业务发展的整体布局，该等交易将更符合公司股东的整体利益。
