江苏宁沪高速公路(00177.HK) 公布，上周六(16日)已与常州市交通控股集团签署出资协议书，商定共同出资成立“江苏丹金高速公路有限公司”(丹金公司)，负责丹金项目的投资建设和营运管理。
据披露，丹金高速概算总投资为145.63亿元人民币(下同)，其中项目资本金为58.25亿元，占总投资40%。另外，丹金公司初始注册资本暂定为17.04亿元。当中，江苏宁沪出资12.71亿元，占比74.6%；常州交控出资4.32亿元，占比25.4%。(js/w)
