Life360 CEO Sells Over 860,000 Shares in Company; Shares Down 5%

Life360 (ASX:360) co-founder and Chief Executive Chris Hulls sold 863,903 shares in the technology platform, equivalent to 1.2% of total outstanding shares in the company, according to a Nov. 15 filing with the Australian bourse.

Following the transaction, Hulls will own roughly 3.8% of the total outstanding shares in the company, the filing said.

Life360's shares were down more than 5% in recent Monday trade.
