金吾财讯 | 中泰国际发研指，风电需求逐步起量，有望迎量价修复。近期，英国East Anglia 2海风项目已完成海上风机、单桩基础等核心设备采购，英国首相提出对投资英国的工业中心地带、沿海地区以及石油和天然气社区的海风开发商提供临时补贴，土耳其推出2035年5GW海风发展路线图，海外海风景气向上。国内海风重点项目陆续开工，明年展望值得期待。江苏2.65GW项目有明显进展、年内开工信息明确，帆石一两回500kV海缆已中标、帆石二环评近期批复、青州七启动塔筒招标，叠加其他重点项目招标、建设有序进行，25年交付量有望明显提升，建议关注金风科技(02208)等。
