智通财经APP获悉，水泥股涨幅居前，截至发稿，中国建材(03323)涨7.96%，报3.39港元；金隅集团(02009)涨6.33%，报0.84港元；海螺水泥(00914)涨5.35%，报21.65港元；华新水泥(06655)涨3.31%，报7.8港元；西部水泥(02233)涨3.13%，报1.32港元。
消息面上，国家统计局数据显示，10月水泥产量为1.75亿吨，同比下降7.9%；1-10月水泥产量为15.01亿吨，同比下降10.3%，降幅较1-9月收窄0.4pct。据数字水泥网，10月水泥均价为412元/吨，环比增长5.9%，同比增长11.0%。
天风证券指出，当前A股主要水泥公司平均PB仅0.73倍，位于2015年以来5.3%分位数水平，而Q3单季度ROE处于15年以来28%分位数，港股水泥公司平均PB仅0.38倍，位于2015年以来8.8%分位数水平，Q3单季度ROE处于15年以来15%分位数水平，从过去来看，水泥公司ROE和PB相关性较强，PB是未来ROE变动的领先指标，随着四季度水泥价格触底回升，ROE有望出现向上拐点，带动PB向上恢复。
