PALADIN(00495.HK) 公布，上周五(15日)获联交所上市科发出的函件，内容包括上市科已决定公司未能维持上市规则第13.24条所规定的足够营运水平及足够价值的资产，以及公司股份应根据上市规则第6.01(3)条暂停买卖。
上市科已表示除非公司根据上市规则第2B章所赋予的权利申请复核有关决定，否则上市科将于11月27日暂停公司股份买卖。根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，若公司股份持续停牌18个月，联交所可取消其上市地位。
