Gladstone Commercial (GOOD) said Monday it acquired a 124,500-square foot industrial manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facility in Missouri.
The real estate investment trust said it acquired the property in St. Clair subject to a 20-year absolute triple net lease to ATRO.
Gladstone shares were up 3% in premarket activity.
