智通财经APP获悉，周一，涂鸦智能(TUYA.US)美股盘前涨超12%，报1.81美元。消息面上，涂鸦智能今天宣布已与65 Equity Partners达成一项关于战略投资的最终协议，65 Equity Partners将通过购买涂鸦总发行股份的大约13%从新企业协会("NEA")中实现投资。
据悉，65 Equity Partners是淡马锡公司独立管理的全资投资平台，致力于支持创始人在其成长过程中的发展。该公司专注于对东南亚、欧洲和美国的家族企业和创业公司进行投资，覆盖科技、商业服务、消费、工业和医疗等行业。
