智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，为优化路网建设，继续巩固在苏南路网中的主导地位，公司于2024年10月29日召开的第十一届董事会第五次会议审议通过了《关于投资建设阜宁至溧阳高速公路丹阳至金坛段项目的议案》，批准投资阜宁至溧阳高速公路丹阳至金坛段(简称“丹金项目”)，公司拟以自有资金及其他符合法律法规可用以资本金出资的其他资金出资资本金人民币12.7118亿元与常州市投资主体共同投资建设丹金项目。常州市投资主体将出资资本金人民币4.3282亿元。
2024年11月16日，公司已与常州市交通控股集团有限公司(常州交控)签署出资协议书，商定共同出资成立江苏丹金高速公路有限公司(暂定名，简称“丹金公司”)，负责丹金项目的投资建设和运营管理。
本次协议拟投资建设的项目建设范围为：起自沪蓉高速公路交叉处的丹阳新区枢纽，北接已建的镇江至丹阳高速公路，向南经丹阳东、珥陵、金坛东、嘉泽，止于与沪武高速公路交叉处的金坛经开区枢纽，接已建的常州至溧阳高速公路。路线全长41.35公里，其中丹阳段28.627公里，常州段12.723公里。
