智通财经APP获悉，辽港股份(02880)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨2.86%，报0.72港元，成交额435.34万港元。
消息面上，辽港股份公告，公司于2024年11月13日通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式首次回购A股股份650万股，占总股本的0.0272%，已支付的总金额为人民币1058.5万元。据悉，公司董事会9月2日收到控股股东营口港集团发来的函，营口港集团提议公司再次使用自有资金回购部分股份，用于注销并减少公司注册资本，回购资金总额为4.2亿元至8.4亿元。
值得注意的是，辽港股份此前发布公告称，其控股股东之一致行动人大连港集团有限公司（大连港）计划通过上海证券交易所增持公司A股股份，增持金额在2.5亿元至5亿元，增持价格上限为2.06元/股，实施期限为12个月。此外，大连港与中国银行签署合作协议，获得不超过3.5亿元人民币的贷款支持，用于增持辽港股份。
