国金证券指出，海外市场方面，考虑特朗普此前在社交媒体公开表示其在2019年“拯救”了调味电子烟，这次他将再次“拯救”电子烟，在其已当选的背景下，后续举措值得期待，合规电子烟市场有望迎来实质性扩容催化。延续此前观点，欧美对于非法产品的监管正趋严，监管方式逐步多元化，并且美国FDA正逐步通过更多合规产品，欧美合规市场扩容趋势已现。此外，英美烟草HNB突破性的新品GloHilo即将推出，后续该产品销售情况值得重点期待。
该行指出，国内市场方面，在执法趋严及口味逐步优化的背景下，后续合规产品销售依然有望显现逐季回升趋势。整体来看，不论从国内市场还是海外市场发展趋势来看，思摩尔最艰难时刻已过去，主业有望迎来显著改善，新业务也将逐步贡献实质增量。
