【证监会发布市值管理指引，民生银行回应：会根据监管指引制定估值管理举措】金十数据11月18日讯，1月15日，证监会制定了《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理》，《指引》要求长期破净公司应当制定上市公司估值提升计划。同花顺iFind显示，截至11月15日，民生银行、贵阳银行、华夏银行的市净率均低于0.4，其中民生银行PB最低，约为0.3。记者以投资者身份致电民生银行，相关人士表示，公司会根据监管指引制定估值管理、市值管理的举措。在征求意见稿阶段，公司内部已开始研究，但从研究到成文还需要一段时间。该人士称会考虑和研究回购、增持等举措。此外，谈及股东是否会考虑减持时，上述人士表示，今年三季度泛海因为质押融资退出了前十大股东，目前其他股东的股权结构相对比较稳定。
