【近17个月来 武汉二手房售价首次上涨】金十数据11月18日讯，武汉贝壳平台数据显示，10月通过该平台成交的二手房单量环比上涨102.5%，并在进入11月后依旧保持增长。11月1日至10日，通过该平台成交的二手房总量环比上涨22.9%，其中11月3日成交量达354单，刷新平台今年二手房的单日成交纪录。11月15日，国家统计局发布2024年10月份70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。武汉二手住宅销售价格环比由上月下降0.4%转为上涨0.1%，为近17个月以来首次转涨。而武汉贝壳平台数据显示，10月平台涨价房源环比上涨37.4%，降价房源环比下降18.3%。业内人士分析，长期来看，在新房供应量持续增加和二手房挂牌房源充足的背景下，武汉二手房市场中买方仍占主导地位。不过从中央到地方一系列房地产政策带来的利好，正逐渐传递到二手房交易上，整个市场的信心也在被修复。
