智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)再涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.83%，报4.34港元，成交额8680.93万港元。
消息面上，11月12日，英方软件与香港宽频签订合作协议。根据协议，香港宽频将成为英方软件在港的总经销商，并引入英方软件的数据复制技术，增强其在香港本地市场的服务能力和支持网络。针对此次合作，英方软件董事长兼总经理胡军擎认为，这能够进一步为香港各行业带来多元化、多层次的数据保护与管理解决方案，并使得双方得以携手提升客户营运弹性，增强业务韧性。
另外，香港宽频近日公布截至今年8月底止全年业绩，营业额106.51亿港元，同比减少9%。股东应占溢利1027.7万港元，上年同期亏12.67亿港元，同比扭亏为盈。瑞银认为，投资者对公司全年业绩反应正面，看好业务扭亏及派息前景稳定。
