内银股走强，郑州银行涨超10%，市值管理新指引有望为板块带来估值重塑契机
内银港股内银股集体走强，其中，郑州银行涨超10%，民生银行涨超5%，中国光大银行涨超4%，农业银行、中信银行、浙商银行、天津银行、中国银行涨超3%，工商银行、建设银行涨超2%。
消息面上，11月15日，中国证监会发布《上市公司监管指引第10号——市值管理》指出，长期破净公司应当制定上市公司估值提升计划，并经董事会审议后披露。长期破净公司应当至少每年对估值提升计划的实施效果进行评估，评估后需要完善的，应经董事会审议后披露。市净率低于所在行业平均水平的长期破净公司应当就估值提升计划执行情况在年度业绩说明会中进行专项说明。东莞证券指出，银行板块全面处于破净状态，《指引》有望为银行板块带来估值重塑的契机。
