智通财经APP讯，茂盛控股(00022)发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益5807万港元，同比减少31%;期内公司拥有人应占亏损982.7万港元，同比增加4%;每股亏损0.5港仙。
集团有两个可报告分部，酒店营运产生的分部收益约为4380万港元(2023年：3730万港元)，较去年同期增加17%，乃由于房价及入住率提升。就建材贸易及装修建筑营运可报告分部而言，期内的分部收益约为1430万港元(2023年：4720万港元)，较去年同期下跌70%，原因为建材贸易及装修建筑营运业务表现欠佳。
