周黑鸭回购60万股 计划注销股本
财中社11月20日电周黑鸭（01458）发布公告称，截至2024年11月20日，公司已发行股份总数为22.68亿股，库存在此期间未发生变动。公告显示，近期公司回购股份情况如下：截至2024年11月20日，公司已购回并拟注销的股份总数为60万股，回购价格在1.66港元至1.68港元之间，合计支付总额为100万港元。
根据购回授权，公司自2024年5月30日获得的购回授权下，已购回的股份数量为8953万股，占购回授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数目的3.8465%。公告还指出，购回股份后，公司在2024年12月20日前不得进行新股发行或库存股份的出售与转让。
