金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能早盘向好，北京能源国际-新(00686)涨25%，福莱特玻璃(06865)涨5.1%，信义光能(00968)涨4.09%，新特能源(01799)涨3%，信义玻璃(00868)涨1.56%，协鑫科技(03800)涨1.42%。华龙证券发研指，财政部、税务总局宣布光伏硅片、电池、组件的出口退税率由13%下调至9%，自2024年12月1日起实施。短期光伏企业可能面临利润压力，长期来看退税率下调有望从成本端推动行业实现涨价，一方面有助于加快企业技术进步、降本提效，另一方面有助于促使企业进一步完善海外渠道建设。
中信证券表示，光伏出口退税率调降，虽然短期或对厂商盈利造成脉冲式冲击，但实质影响较小，且头部厂商有较强能力推动产品向下游顺价，实现国际市场光伏产品价格回稳，避免内卷外化，加快行业落后产能出清，实现高质量发展，利好龙头强化长期优势。重点推荐光伏电池组件龙头公司，以及受益于光伏制造出海且海外产能布局领先的核心辅材供应商。
