纽曼矿业周一表示，同意以8.5亿美元的价格从Orla Mining手中出售其位于安大略省的Musselwhite金矿，其中包括8.1亿美元的预付现金对价，以及与金价挂钩的4000万美元的或有对价。
随着澳大利亚、加纳和Musselwhite资产的最终出售协议的达成，纽曼矿业表示，它将专注于完成其他北美非核心资产的出售流程，预计将于2025年第一季度完成。
纽曼矿业表示，将继续利用其运营中的自由现金流和资产剥离收益，通过按应估税基础回购股票，提高股东的长期价值，并已授权在2026年10月之前进行30亿美元的股票回购计划。
该公司还表示，在实现80亿美元的目标债务余额方面取得了重大进展，并将在2024年偿还约5亿美元的债务。
对于Orla Mining来说，这笔交易为其投资组合增加了第二个高质量、高利润的生产资产，Musselwhite矿和墨西哥Camino Rojo氧化物矿的合并使其黄金年产量增加了一倍以上，达到30多万盎司。
