智通财经APP讯，南南资源(01229)发布公告，集团预期将取得由截至2023年9月30日止六个月(2023年中期)溢利约1740万港元增加至截至2024年9月30日止六个月(2024年中期)溢利不少于3000万港元。
溢利增加乃主要由于以下各项的净影响︰煤矿业务的煤炭销量增加;汇兑收益净额(2023年中期为汇兑亏损净额);公司于2008年发行、将于2026年3月13日到期及本金总额为2亿港元的零票息可换股债券的公平值变动产生的亏损，该可换股债券于2024年中期乃指定为按公平值列账并在损益内处理的金融负债(2023年中期为公平值收益);及所得税开支(2023年中期为所得税抵免)。
