【美国首个拥堵收费计划获批 将于明年1月起实施】金十数据11月19日讯，当地时间11月18日，美国纽约大都会运输署（MTA）董事会当日投票批准了纽约曼哈顿地区修订后的拥堵收费计划。根据该计划，在工作日9时至21时的高峰时段进入曼哈顿60街以南区域，将需要支付至少9美元，卡车及未安装相关电子支付系统的车辆需支付更高费用。据悉，该计划是美国首个拥堵收费计划，并将于明年1月5日开始实施。到2031年，9美元的费用将逐渐增加至15美元。纽约大都会运输署将利用新的通行费收入筹集150亿美元，对拥有100多年历史的交通系统进行现代化改造。有报道称，美国当选总统特朗普反对该计划，此前曾表示他将在返回白宫后的第一周内终止该计划。
