智通财经APP讯，稀镁科技(00601)公布，公司建议按于记录日期以认购价每股供股股份0.110港元每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准进行供股，向合资格股东筹集(扣除开支前)不少于约3259万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)但不超过约 3324万港元(假设所有尚未行使的可换股债券于记录日期或之前已获行使或转换，惟不包括MX可换股债券)。认购价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.196港元折让约43.88%。合资格股东有权申请超过其各自于供股项下配额的供股股份。
供股最高净筹约2978万港元，约30%将用于资助新疆腾翔的生产装置升级改造，40%将主要用于促进集团现有镁业务的增长，余下30%计划用于支持持续行政及营运开支。
