Comba Telecom appoints Huo Xinru as its president; Xu Huijun to step down
Huo will replace Xu Huijun as president following his retirement, with effect from Nov 18.
Dual-listed Comba Telecom Stc Systems has appointed Huo Xinru as its president in addition to her present role as executive director.
Huo will replace Xu Huijun as president following his retirement, with effect from Nov 18.
Prior to her appointment, Huo held the position of group vice president and is the president of Combo Telecom System International. The group says Huo also holds various positions in the subsidiaries of the company. Including acting as director and CEO of such subsidiaries.
As at Nov 18, Huo holds share options under the share option scheme of the group, which was adopted on June 3, 2013, entitling her to subscribe for 2,000,000 shares of Comba Telecom.
The group adds that Xu’s departure comes on the back of his interest to devote more time to his personal commitments.
Shares in Comba Telecom Systems closed 9.3 cents on Nov 18.
